For this reason we recycle about 5% of all breakers because they don’t meet our standards and shouldn’t be sold. Our testing is different than most Ebay Sellers as we Specialize in Circuit Breakers! (See our listings!) Most of these breakers were under load but never tested to see if they can Handle a load for an extended period.
